Lovely country cottage nestling in a beautiful peaceful and scenic position. This 200 year old stone cottage has been recently renovated and extended to provide a large kitchen/diner, very large lounge family bathroom and three good size bedrooms, the new extension has oil fired under floor heating. Many of the original features have been restored including stone walls and exposed beams. The garden has new lawns laid with raised flower beds and there is a small stream running at the bottom of the property. There is a small greenhouse and tool shed as well as a workshop and storeroom. The cottage is a few miles from the lovely market town of Listowel noted for its annual writers week, races twice a year, food week and fine restaurants, the river Shannon is close by at Tabert with it’s ferry to Co Clare, one hour south is the ring of Kerry and the Dingle both with stunning views.
